Light Within Yoga - An Online 4 Week Series
Join us each week from the comfort of your own home for an online gentle beginners Light Within Yoga series designed to help you pause, ground and rebalance and find the light within Body, Mind & Spirit.
WHEN: 4 weeks from March 6th to March 27th
TIME: Thursdays nights 7pm-8pmNT (5:30pmEST)
STYLE: This is for the Beginners to Yoga with the intention of a gentle slow moving class with a focus on a deep inner awareness.
You’ll ONLY need to bring a yoga mat, and blanket (needed) and optional one block (although nice won’t always be needed) .
No need to go buy brand name pricy yoga pants! Come in sweatpants or shorts, t-shirt and/or sweater!
Bring a water bottle.
Recordings will be available for 2 weeks after each live class. A reoccurring Zoom Link will be emailed for those that register and sent 48 hours before our first class on March 6th.
