    As this is in a Community Center I will have no extra props, mats or blankets for you.

    You’ll ONLY need to bring a yoga mat, blanket (needed) and optional (although nice won’t be needed) bolster, two blocks and strap.

    Please dress in layers. No need to go buy brand name pricy yoga pants! Come in sweatpants, t-shirt and sweater!

    Bring a water bottle.
