In these classes we will breathe to powerful binaural beats in powerful harmony rhythms to quiet the ego mind, settle the body and move softly into a totally relaxed state of calm and quiet.
LOCATION: 15 McNamara Drive, Paradise @ Back to the Basics (2nd floor)
NEXT CLASS: October 27th 10am-11:30am
Includes: 45-50 minute powerful awakening Breath Journey with enough time after to grab a herbal tea, gather your thoughts over a journal and/or a chat.

A minimum of 5 students per class is required for class to proceed. If minimum is not reached, an email will be sent and credit for a future date will be issued.
Refund Policy: No refunds for Breathwork classes. With notice prior to 48 hours, your pass can be credited to a future class. Less than 48 hours, you can sell your pass to another person.
