Do you feel emotional, stressed, in a negative space or uncreative? Do you feel unaware of your surroundings, going through life in a haze, or have a general lack in energy? Do you have problems sleeping at night or a feeling of restlessness or indecisiveness? Do you have physical pain or chronic pain?

Energy Healing sessions can help. All people can benefit from reiki; the young, old, sick and even the healthy.

Many of us move about in our day with an overactive, overworked sympathetic nervous system that can leads to many health problems overtime. In a session, you are given the chance to bring balance naturally and gently by giving yourself time to soothe the sympathetic nervous system and allow the parasympathetic nervous system to come online. In this state, the body and mind can start to repair and healing itself. Reiki Practitioners are taught to balance, clear, ground and align your energy including the chakra centers to enhance your own innate bodies abilities to naturally heal.

​Did you know that distance sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. Access to energy is not confined to in-person session. From your own home, you can be guided by me through your own healing journey.

At this time, my Reiki sessions are done over a call.

Shamanic Healing Sessions are offered in-person with limited times available. Please so reach out to express your interest and i’ll book you in.

For a distance session, I would prefer the client be relaxed in a quiet place during our time together, it is not necessary. Here are some things to expect in our session:

• Reiki 30 and Reiki 60 are a distance remote session either held over a call (over phone or Facebook call) or completely by distance, if you choose. Over a call, I will guide you through your session like a guided meditation.

• Reiki Boost and Chakra Services are completely remote at a designated time.

• Integrated Shamanic Healing is in-person. Appointment time are extremely limited.

• If you have questions afterwards about your session, you may reach out at anytime.
